Last quest HELP!

I finished the last quest in Avalon with my life character talked to the Lady of the Lake and she sent me to talk to Ambrose. When I finished talking to him the only quests I have left are the Tower of the Helephant and the Spiral Key quests. I have a Ice character in Azteca so I know that I have done the correct quests but for some reason I have no more main quests left.

Did you talk to Cyrus Drake? He's the one that gives you the quest to get into Azteca. Also, you have to be at least level 80 to get the quest.
