I have gotten Healing current, but not Enfeeble. I am a lvl 78 Storm wizard and I have not got the quest from the guy in front of Abbey Road to get the spell. Also I checked many times at lvl's 72-75 to see if he had the quest but he didnt. Can I not get it now, because I got Healing Current fist? I have completed Wintertusk, if that has to do with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
