A simple question really, who gives me the quest "Between Two Shrubs"? I want to know so that I can get Roger the Shrubber to appear and the Second Spring spell. I've completed Avalon, am at level 80 and done every quest in Avalon except this one. I've also gone to every NPC in Avalon and cannot find who gives this quest, so if anyone, who has done this quest, could tell me who starts it I would be most appreciative.
You must complete the quest "Sumner's Tale" in Caliburn AND "Between Two Shrubs" in Dun Dara before Roger the Shrubber will appear.
When I visited Avalon, in test, there was am empty tent with flower pots in Abby road, I think by the top right area on the map. I believe this is where he will APPEAR after you do the other growing quests first.

Okay, I myself have gone through all of Avalon. At least I think I have.
I cannot get Roger the Shrubber to appear. Truth is, I'm doing another wizard through Avalon and have already gotten through most of Dun Dara. Still no Roger the Shrubber.
I'm getting pretty discouraged here.
Is there a way for I, myself to check what quests I have missed? A way to check, for myself, my quest history?
