Avalon Missing Scroll In The Wild

Is it just me or has anyone noticed that the scroll near toadstool village is missing? (no pun intended)
I don't know if it was since the recent update on February 1, 2014, but I've looked all over toadstool village and it's not there. Has ki put it in a different location? or is it just not there?

I found the scroll, in the exact place I've always found it just a week ago.

It's in the same place as always, behind the second house on the right with the wheel barrow in front.
