2nd Time Speaking W/Innes Idle, No Quests

Hi, My wizard name is Madison Raven (Theurgist) Spoke with Innes Idle for 2nd time and asked about the Sword of the Kings. I never received another quest and could not find any other. I did hav e side quest with the little girl and her lost teddy bear but that was it. Please HELP! Thanks.

I was talking to innes on my level 75 ice and when i was going to click accept there was that button. only decline. so after i declined it didnt give me a quest after that.Help
