Sets on treasure cards

Whenever I try to buy TCs from the bazaar, I will almost always see two vending slots of the same spell, one usually being more expensive than the other. The more expensive one usually has a "set" assigned to it at the right of the vending slot along with a little symbol on the picture of the card. What does it mean and what does it do?

The sign shows what pack you have gotten the treasure card from. If there is no sign, it is from a monster or the library.

Hope it helps
