Same pet drop twice?

So I fought the protector of the fang and it dropped a krokomummy but I realized my backpack was full and never got. Does anyone know if it is possible to get the same pet drop twice? or am i just wasting my time redoing the dungeon...

Leicrex is right, but yes, you can get the same pet more than once from one creature. I got 2 Bloodwings from a single fight once.
