(Question) Hatching

I recently have gotten a Mythic Beast - from the Hydra pack.
Also, my friend has gotten the Storm Beast.
We've been breeding off and on, and it's complicating due to the (11Hrs)
Wait time - which is okay.
But, what is exactly like the percentage I have to getting his type of beast?
Because, we've breeding roughly 4 times and gotten the same thing back.
Is it bad luck?
I'm new to breeding actually, so this probably sounds confusing..
Sorry about that but anything really helps.

Just bad luck. Hatching is random, but keep trying! Your doing it right. You'll get it.
