What is really annoying about low level pvp is when people use ivananeko's tiger to win. First of all, I would like to say that it is bypassing rules that have already been made. In the bazaar, if you try to buy insane bolt, on the card it shows a sword with a RED CROSS through it. That most likely means that you cannot use it in pvp. Now, the Ivananeko's tiger gives this spell. So honestly, I think that it should be removed for pvp uses. I have been loosing matches due to this and I just lost one. So any help on removing this for pvp?
Just remove pvp from everyone beside level 100+
