How do you get the Snake in a Basket

I have been seeing lots of people w/ the snake in a basket pet and I was wondering how do you get them

That pet is currently only available with the purchase of the new Mega Bundle card at US locations of Blockbuster

We are aware that the availability of this card is limited due to the declining number of Blockbuster stores, and we are looking for alternate methods to allow our players to obtain these items.

You can also get this pet (a chance of getting it) by hatching an adult pet of your own with an adult snake in the basket.
