I just got the flying squirrel pet and was wondering how you can get the Black Mantle talent for it. I think I should train it intellect, but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to train it to get the May Cast Black Mantle talent. Please help me
Talents are decided upon the egg being created or purchased, there is no way in altering what it will get. The pet Stats will just amplify stats such as resists damage accuracy crit etc
Assuming the talent is in the pet's gene pool, getting it or not will be pure chance. Nothing you can do in training affects what talents unlock. If you don't get it, hatch with a pet that has it and try again.
