So we need to focus other stats aside from damage- Time for new stats

As title suggests, the lead game designer has suggested damage is not the only focus. Although 4 stats are ok, it is very limiting. I propose kingsisle add the following stats established by ARPGS: case study grim dawn.

1) Bleed: a percentage of your damage is placed on enemy as a damage over time. Eg: I have 10% bleed: an 100 dmg hit puts a 10% extra dot on enemy

2) Drain: A percentage of X heal by enemy is siphoned by the enemy. Eg; they heal 100, at 10% drain i would steal 10 of their heal for myself

3) Blunt: a percentage reduction to enemies shields for X or Y action and X, Y rounds.

4) Dodge: A percent chance that an attack will avoid hitting a targets shield

5) Stun pierce: striking your opponent with X or Y will reduce the % of stun shield by X. When shield reaches 0% it is removed. Default stun shield is 100%

etc. Variety is the spice of life
