A suggestion for trading that might be doable without potential harm to players. What is the possibility of using the player dorm room to accommodate these types of trades. To include only those items that can be hung on walls or placed on floors. It would indicate that the trade was willing and could not be solicited (per say). The player would have to initiate it via the "Place Object" button while inside another players dorm. Not their house, just the dorm, for now. Until the concept could be fully realized. It would require reworking the code for the dorm rooms place object/examine buttons but i think it might be doable and still stay inside of your company's desired trading practices/guidelines.
