Trouble redeeming a code

Ive been trying to redeem a bundle code, however, it keeps saying that the security word that i copied is incorrect. I know my spelling and capitalization is correct because even when i try with the most simplest of words it continues to tell me that its incorrect. Is it currently not working or is there anything i can do about this so that i can redeem my code? I am 100% sure that i am copying the word correctly.

Make sure that you are on the page stating “Help Save Wizard City” found at this address:
https://www.wizard101.com/game

Login under the word “Play!” Look down under your name, and you will see the following:
"My Accounts
Upgrade Memberships,
Buy Crowns,
Gift Certificates,
Earn Crowns,
Redeem Card or Code,
Log Out

Click on the Redeem Card or Code, type word in black on purple, then enter your code in the box where it says “*Enter Code Here”
