Quest arrow visual bug

Steps to recreate bug:
  1. Place cursor on quest arrow (highlights it)
  2. Go through any loading screen & move mouse off of quest arrow location

Desired outcome: Quest arrow unhighlights and looks normal again

Actual outcome: Quest arrow is permanently highlighted until you mouse over it again
