The website and FireFox: A disaster!

Is it just me, or does stuff like the "Confirm your account" window that sometimes comes up when you try to login, and the window that pops up when you try to redeem a code seem to not work on FireFox? Heck, even the trivia on KingsIsle's website doesn't work on FireFox, forcing me to use another web browser!

Now, I tried doing all of this on Microsoft Edge ( for Windows 10 ) and everything is working fine there, so clearly this isn't a problem with internet connections or my firewall. It's a problem with FireFox, and it needs to be fixed quickly, before this issue drives people away from FireFox.

Hi Scot! It's possible the browser doesn't have something like Flash installed. Give that a try and see if you are able to access those pop-ups then. Also, please ensure your Firefox browser version is updated.
