Make pvp/pve great again problems with defense.

This idea i do not know if this is good or no.
Spell pvp only.
Trainer: diego the duelmaster.
school all pvp only,pip cost 0 and accuracy 100% no need level:
Broken: 50% universal pierce and -20% next outgoing damage for 4 rounds.
Breaker: 75% pierce and -25% next outgoing damage spell for 4 rounds.
Shield destroyer: 100% pierce and -30% next outgoing damage spell for 4 rounds.

Spell pve only, pip cost: 2, accuracy:85% level 70.
school only: frost: ignore all damage from enemy for one round self.
school only: hidden: ignore all damage from enemy for one round self.
school only:Trick: ignore all damage from enemy for one round or 2 tower shields (both self).
Wizards can not cast damage spells when wizard ignore damage.

Spell pve only, pip cost 4,accuracy: 85% level 110.
school only: frosty: ignore all damage from enemy for 2 rounds self.
school only: hidden cave: ignore all damage from enemy for 2 rounds self.
school only: trick and treat: ignore all damage from enemy for 2 rounds or 3-4 tower shields (both self). Wizards can not cast damage spells when wizard ignore damage.

spell, pip cost 2,acuraccy 100%:
Pierced: one damage to 1 spell ignore any type defense from enemy and -25% acuraccy to spell. level 125 need extraordinary.
Safe pierced: one damage to 1 spell ignore any type defense from enemy and 25% acuraccy. level 150

Its a no for me. Pvp needs a lot of things but pierce is not one of them. And ignoring all damage at the cost of 2 pips, esp for so many versatile, good pvp skills is an extremely bad idea.
