Negative Enchantments for Positive Buffs?

Hear me out. Wouldn't more blades, traps, or shields stacking be excellent? (Using death as an example) It would be a bit OP, however, for your blades to be 40%, 50%, 60% if they added a 20% enchant.

What if we could have a negative enchantment though? -10% to blade, trap, (maybe shield? They still haven't released official +10% so probably not). This way your blades could be 30%, 40%, and 50% you would still recieve an additional 30% than you are now.

This would be create even more options for stacking without becoming too powerful. What do you think?

(It's probably not needed, but I think its a fun idea)

I've personally found that I have enough buffs to stack to defeat my foes. I don't really need more.
