As a fan of off meta builds, I think its very interesting that universal merciless gears weren't apart of the update. If they are their is no known record that, they got buffed as the other school gears. I am checking out different universal gears in bundles so far the Forge Master bundle is the only universal God tier bundle atm, however the lack of universal pierce it gives is kind of lame. Pepper glass bundle is well balance but lacks viability in the shadow chance bonus, resist and hp.
