In the summer update, if you have a group of 4 then you always go first. But today I've been going between first and second like normal. I keep pressing ctrl A to make sure we're all in the group and we are. I tried logging everyone out and it didn't work. I even tried restarting my computer. It did not work. I don't know why I'm not first every time anymore. Did they take away this update? i thoroughly enjoyed always going first. :'(
