I stopped playing this ten years ago and am just coming back. I have no memory of what I was doing when I last played. I have no available quests in Wysteria but Tanglewood Way is still locked. The only Wysteria quest in my book is wallflowers and nothing on quest finder. Not really sure how to pick up where I left off without the quest indicator. Any suggestions?
To clarify, you are trying to access Tanglewood Way through the vine that is breaking through the wall right (as the actual entry gate does remain closed)
If Quest Finder is presenting no other quests for Wysteria, then I'm afraid I don't know why you can't access the area.
