I wish to see that mutate storm elf tc can be easily available by a vendor to be able to be bought and not to be dropped from a mob or a boss, every other transmute is available to be bought from vendors except this tc so please put some thought into it, thank you
You can craft the treasure card directly via recipe available during the myth deckathalon. It's available from level one or two of the tower. Given the current ban on pre-enchanted treasure cards in PvP, this is probably a better option for you, as you are directly crafting a tc.
