One thing I find annoying is when I'm fighting bosses at the end of dungeons and stuff, looking for specific equipment, and I end up getting absolutely nothing of value. Maybe, either as a member benefit, a crowns thing, or just... as something that happens, you can swap to "grinding mode" and be able to pick one item out of three possible drops, or sets of drops from the fight or something. The drop rates for everything don't even have to be changed, it just generates 3 sets of drops instead of 1 set and lets you pick. This way, you don't have to fight the same boss thousands of times because it just refuses to drop what you want. It also might give some interesting decisions, because you could have to pick between two different things that you really want, that happened to be in two different sets of drops.
