Shift Thornpaw's Pierce Blade is misleading

Shift Thornpaw, one of seven trainable 3 pip moon school spells, is a spell that deals balance damage while leaving behind a +10% accuracy and +10% universal pierce charm on the user.

When you cast the spell, the pierce charm hover text that appears when it is applied to your wizard says: "+10% Balance Pierce." (With symbols instead of words, of course!) This is misleading, because it suggests that the pierce charm is only consumed when you attack with a spell that deals balance damage, when in fact, it is consumed on any hit like a universal charm. It also appears as a balance pierce charm in the mouse-over menu for viewing buffs/debuffs on a wizard or enemy.
