Monstrology Question

Hey, I had a quick question regarding monstrology. I understand that monsters that are summoned by a boss and are located nowhere other than that boss are not supposed to be extractable, but I was wondering why that was the case? Is it because the user's aren't intended to keep fighting that mob as it is unique to a specific boss and isn't supposed to faced normally? Because if that was the case, I would think that mobs players face for failing a puzzle should not be extractable because they aren't mobs that you face normally and it doesn't make sense that you should be able to extract them. I do believe that monsters from failing a puzzle should not be extractable because it seems to fall into line with the other bans that devs have for monsters that should not be extractable, as mentioned previously in this post. I was wondering if anyone knew more about this.

Thanks!
