I'm doing Kataba Ice Block in Polaris, and I've just defeated the three Watch Lions, and yet the door to the next part of the dungeon is still closed and I'm apparently unable to have Ivan break a way through the door, like he previously said he would. I can't get the door open and there's no one in the area I can ask for advice or get help from, like an NPC. The closest I can get to my next quest objective is 8 steps away. Help, please! Before I get logged out for inactivity...
