Check out Boss Rematches from Raquel in the Arena. They offer a source of Spellements to higher-level Wizards. Be warned; they're very difficult!

Last I checked, Brandon MistBorn was inside the Arena and did not have the fishing gear set. He did not have the highly expensive mounts either.

I want to get the fishing gear for my character but I just checked with brandon( who is inside the arena) and he doesnt offer it for sell, it's so frustrating not having clear answer on the situation, where can I get this gear now?
