As the title states, If there's a chance the dev's could release a transparency page on the may cast rate it would be much appreciated. Specific may cast such as the kroger jewels are being shown to have ones that are better than the other like as of right now mc brace would cast more frequently than mc tower shield, followed by dlance. Mc incindiate is now non-existent after having a very high may cast rate pre update. I understood most heal mc needed to be nerf due to the extensive cast rates for free heals. However pertaining specifically to Kroger jewels may cast if their having different cast rate has be altered to less frequently, shouldn't the cost of these jewels be handle separately?. Just my take on this.
