Redemption code for Fantastic Fairytale Bundle is only 10 characters
I just got a Wizard101 Fantastic Fairytale Bundle for my daughter for Christmas and am trying to help her enter the code. The problem is, the code is only 10 digits but the code field is expecting 20 digits so we can't enter it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!

There shouldn’t be a limit, try entering the full code within the bar, if not then the code may have to be within a url link, i forgot the name, probably wizard101.com/code/redeem/(whateverthecodeismaybe)?

Yeah that didn't work unfortunately. I have a ticket open but my daughter is super excited to play and haven't heard back in 24+ hours
