Synergies - A way to revive unique team-playing

I think it would really improve the game if Synergies existed. This means that two schools on the same team will give unique buffs to that team.

Such as -
A and on the same team may give +20% critical block to both wizards.
A and may give a +5% damage increase to both wizards.

And possibly -
and gives +25% healing to wizards below 3000 health.

This may also gives many schools a chance to gain a lot more utility.
Such as -
gives 13% more pierce to all allies, or
gives 8% resist to allies,
reduces healing by 7% for the enemy team,
increases healing by 7% for the allied team.

This could, again, lead to good combos between schools.

and on the same team increase ally healing by 9% and reduce enemy healing by 9%.
and could do 30% more damage to stunned enemies.

Of course, the numbers I call out here are just theoretical and of course are not a final draft of any form. I do think, though, that this can make PvP and battling in general a lot more intricate and allow us to see some really cool strategies in multiplayer going forward.
