Hey guys

So I was wondering: what is the Arcanum

I know all about it, but I can't find if it's a world, or idk, and when do I get access to it?

You get access at about level 118, it is the new ravenwood for those who graduated from there! there are apartment (dorm room but bigger), school trainers, and many many locked doors lol!

You gain access to it while questing in Polaris. Just keep playing!
