About a week ago I noticed that I am missing an important item in my backpack. I emailed Wizard101 support but no one responded. I emailed both Wizard101 support and Kingsisle support, but I still haven't gotten a reply. Can someone please help me?

Hi. Did you receive a Customer Support ticket number? If you did, feel free to post it here and we can follow up. Additionally, make sure to check your junk and spam mail as some mail providers will sort our responses in those folders.

As another option, make sure the email with your account is up to date, and contact us through our web portal instead.https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game
