Proposed change to OTs

Schools with OT are automatically great in pvp due to how oppressive they are, without one they struggle very hard (just look at storm when they aren't blade stacking). An interesting idea I had was lessening the amount of turns from 2 to 3, and delaying when the OT kicks in by one round. This means after the initial hit the opponent will still have some room for counter play but the utility of taking off shields will still be there (usually the first OT hit doesn't take off a shield anyways). Tell me what you think!

The intial hit and first overtime on the opponent turn always removes a shield. If your opponent has 2 shield it will remove both. O'ts are find the way they are atm. Spells like weakness, or brace can keep ot at a minimum, its that broke triage spell that needs to get ban from pvp.
