Two times in the last two days, I have noticed Storm Lord only affecting a single target. Usually it works fine and hits all targets like it is supposed to, but sometimes not.
This happened both times while questing in Azteca. I recently acquired my level 86 sun spells, sharpen blade and potent trap. I still use item card sharpen blades from my enchanted armament pet. The last time Storm Lord failed and only hit a single target I think I had thrown an unsharpened storm blade (might have been an item card blade from Shango's stormblade amulet, which I have used for literally years) and the star aura galvanic field, which is also fairly new from when I acquired it at level 84.
