Error when cancelling membership.

When I cancelled my membership, it said "Set to renew 12/7/2020" and after confirming that I'd like to cancel it, it said that my membership will continue until 1/7/2020.

I literally do not have the money this month- I have 8$ tops leftover after all my necessities are taken care of. You're going to force my account into overdraft and I'm going to face fines from my bank.

This doesn't count as asking for a refund, since I ended my membership before it had officially been renewed- please help me resolve this billing error. I'm on a fixed income and can't handle any more debt.

Yes, I've already put in a ticket with customer support. Still.
