Where do I get my storm spell mirage

I have completed Mirage and I am level 120 however; I never received a spell and I am not sure where to get it or where the other trainers are? Help!

Your arcanum teacher gives you the quest for your new spell once you have beaten the Void Elemental in the Arcanum Understudy quest.

The Mirage spell and apartment are both main quests that are completed after Eerem dungeon. Check your quests to see if it's there. Check with your Arcanum school teacher

Talk to Ione in the Storm room in the Arcanum.
