I am now old enough for open chat, but can't change the option to enable it. I don't know if there is a way to change the filter on the chat or go back and force the age for the account?
You cannot change the age on the account. It is what it is. If that is not the issue, you can change it from the Wizard101.com website by entering in your masterpassword. It also used to be and might still be that you need to have an active membership. Email support if you can't figure it out on the website by logging in.
