Hi. Sorry if this is in the wrong spot... but my witch is not lvl 117 and I was told I was meant to get a balance spell at 108....but I didn't...nor did I receive the quest to get that spell...The spell is Nested Fury? When will I get his quest? Or where do I go to get the quest?????
