I'd say Prehistoric is fairly good for fire. It gives damage boosting stats and fire item cards like Fuel & Fire Dragon, it's pet is storm though, and you don't get a castle, just 3 daily rewards. But I'd still say it's a good fire bundle.
It depends what you are looking for, but I would say either Winterbane or Pagoda Gauntlet cards would be the best for any school, because they give you dungeons that will reward you at every level as you advance.
