The next set of spells (KHR p.2)

A lot of you others have been thinking the similar idea, but here are my ideas to present to you.

Utility Spells - I frankly think we should have that Avalon style of distributing spells, and schools should be given a few new spells to aid them with the upcoming shadow. Let me give a few examples.

- Fan the flames (I'll think of another name)
3 pips - 100% accuracy
Add 2 rounds to an over-time hit.

- Deal of Fatality
1 pip - 100% accuracy
-45% of full health and +50% to next attack and +70% to next attack.

(Please note these are just some examples, to restrain from the extension of the post)

Attack Spells - These set of spells, like most expansions, will be given at the level ending in 8.
But these should be different; I honestly think that we shouldn't aim for a rank 11 spell, unless we had a new type of pip, it would really take a while to build up pips for these spells. Here are my examples.

- Sleepy Hollow
9 pips - 85% accuracy
800 - 950 damage and -20% to next attack to all enemies

- Gryphon
9 pips - 80% accuracy
750 damage and remove 2 positive ward to all enemies

- Ark of the Covenant
9 pips - 85% accuracy
650 Base Damage, Deal 90 Damage per enemy's pip and remove active aura.
