Critical Hit Question

I've got 153 myth critical hit rating as my stats.
But it confuses me, because I rarely get critical with my myth moves.

What does the number mean? Or what are the chances that I'll get critical with this kind of stat?

I'm a level 56 myth wizard, if it makes any difference.

I don't know exactly what the number means, but if you scroll over it, it changes the number to percentages
