I have been to Zafaria, and my favorite area, is, Stone Town's (wait for it) Zoo. I would like zoos in each world ending in Zafaria. You ALSO Get a FREE Treasure Card from the ZooKeeper, (Maybe that Zebra Guy?) and like Prospecter Zeke, he has a quest in each world to learn about an animal, then you must battle it, can he gives you a TC of that animal, some gold, and some XP! (Also a Free TC when you talk to him) (If the quest is not a boss or mini boss you must fight 4 of them) (ALL Quests give 500 Gold.)

I was thinking the ability to purchase some "Habitats" for your house (Grass lands, Caves, Deserts) and to put the respective PETS in the habitats (The pets look bigger in the habitats)
