wont let me hand in my quest

well I was in Avalon doing my quest then when I go to hand it in it wont let me I have tried to do a lot of things like log out change realm and other things but it wont let me hand in the quest so please wizared101 team help me resolve this problem please

by the way it was on my storm and it is a main story line
