I have this pretty cool enchantment spell idea that I think would be useful. It would allow you to chane a single attack spell to an attack all spell. Of course it would have to increase the pip cost but only by 2 or 3 pips and it would be a no pvp spell. What do you guys think about it, is it to OP?
