i was told by another wizard that no one play the helephant tower because it's to long maybe the people
that make this game should take notice

You were told incorrectly. Many people, level 60 and up, play and win Helephant Tower. It is not made to solo. And KI will undoubtedly not change a thing because no one has complained about it for ages.
