I've been through this area at least 10 times in the past 3 days and i have received nothing, can anyone help me with any ideas?

My idea would be skip it. Other than the blade from the side boss there's nothing you need there. Do it once for the quest and move on.

If you're trying to farm him for something good, don't bother.

Everyone has different luck, for instance I got EXTREMELY lucky, and got the robe 4th try! Hades is an extremely rare robe drop, so don't get your hopes up. Another thing you could test is to see if drops aren't as rare since Darkmoor came out.. But if you give up, I recommend farming Darkmoor if you need good gear or just Waterworks for decent gear, since the Waterworks drops are a lot higher than these 2 dungeons...
