I have all the Aquila gears for a typical lvl 95 except divine influence amulet (still trying hard to get it)...and a wand from shaman pack that give 150 block ratings which sum up my current block rating to be 279. How can I improve my block? Or should KI make block ratings higher? with lower critical of course for those who wants high block....

I'm a Balance wiz. I just started multiplayer PVP and I don't like how in 2v2+ storm wizards with critical ratings 500+ just gang up and spam those "you know what" spells and critical on almost every turn.... and I thought I had good block but it still not enough...I would only block like once every 3 or 4 hits and defeated for no more than 10 rounds....
