OK, so I just bought the private fishing retreat. Question.
I am a death wizard. So far I have only seen death, myth, life and balance fish in my retreat. Will I ever see the elemental fish: fire, ice and storm? I certainly hope otherwise I want a refund.
I also own the fishing retreat and can assure you that the only fish schools that will appear are myth death life balance and I think I remember ice as well, but the fish variety spreads from all over the spiral! there are fish from krokitopia, mooshu, wizard city and more. There is also a fish that you can only catch in the retreat called the rainbow trout, this fish is life school. The retreat has lots to offer.
