1.storm spell should have at least 1200 hit all since storm owl is 10 and does 1800 minimum with colossal
2.fire spell should also do a little more damage since it is the second highest hitting school in the spiral.

Death is ok but add something to it like Half drain to self, split 1/4 drain to others.
Storm is good
Ice is a bit excessive, how bout the damage plus a Ice spear or Add ice trap 30%
Myth is ok
Balance is a great idea, coming from death and fires Avenging fossil and sun serpent respectively that would be useful
Fire is underpowered add another 50.

You also missed life.

The spells are nice, but all the damage rates are out of place. All of them should be over 1000.

Here's a list of the damages (please note 3-6 may be in the wrong order):

1. (Highest) Storm

2. Fire

3. Myth/Death

4. Balance

5. Ice

6. (Lowest) Life
