I heard of the spell of judjment for balance only and im balance so I looked up when you get it and I saw its level 28! im level 34 and still don't have it. :( can someone tell me whats going on? :(
1. Did you complete the level 18 balance quest? (Takin the Omnibus) 2. Are you going to Alhazred? (If he has the quest "Winds of change" then finish it and you will get Judgement)
